Clients trust us with inventions that are not yet public. Confidentiality is part of every step of how we work.

NDA before disclosure

Before you share technical details, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement with you. You are welcome to use your own NDA instead of ours. Please don't put confidential technical details in our website forms — use them only to start the conversation.

What we treat as confidential

Your technical disclosures and files, the fact and scope of the engagement, your communications with us, and the report itself.

Who can access your information

Only the specialists working on your search and our founder, who reviews reports. Everyone at Ragulika IP is bound by confidentiality obligations. We never share your information with third parties without your written consent.

How files are handled

• Exchanged over encrypted channels (HTTPS and TLS-secured email or file-sharing links), never published or shared openly.
• Reports carry your name and the delivery date and can be password-protected.
• Technical files are deleted 90 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask.

Automated portal searches

Searches you run yourself on the online portal are processed by our own software on our server. Your inputs and reports are stored encrypted and are visible only to you (and to our team if you request expert review or support). To query patent databases, the software sends only search keywords and classification codes to the European Patent Office's public search service — never your name, your full description or your files.

No other use

We use your information only for your engagement. We do not use your files to train AI models, and any software tools we use are configured so they do not retain or learn from your data. All findings are verified by a human specialist.
